About Dossier

Everyone agrees you should research people before meetings. Almost nobody has the time.

So most meetings start cold: ten minutes of figuring out who's in the room and what they care about. Dossier does the research for you, for every meeting, and sends it before you walk in.

How we think about it

Three rules the product follows.

Lead with what's useful

The first question is always "what should I do differently in this conversation?", not "what score did the model produce?"

Keep the evidence visible

Confidence, source count, and recency sit right next to every recommendation, so weak reads don't get mistaken for facts.

Nothing from your inbox

Dossier works from public writing and profiles. It doesn't read private inboxes or chats, and it won't pretend to know things it can't.

What the product does

From calendar event to brief, without you in the loop.

  • Syncs with Google Calendar to keep upcoming meetings in view. Access is read-only.
  • Researches each attendee before the meeting happens.
  • Summarizes background and communication style, with a confidence rating on each claim.
  • Shows deeper model outputs, like Big Five traits, only when the evidence is strong enough to support them.
  • Emails the brief early enough that you can actually use it. An hour before, by default.

Who it's for

People whose calendars are full of people they haven't met.

Founders and executives

Investor calls, partner meetings, candidate screens. The meetings you'd research anyway, minus the hour of research.

Sales and business development

Know the buyer's background and communication style before the first call, so you can pick the right level of detail and pace.

Recruiting and talent teams

Real context on candidates before interviews, without treating a model output as a hiring decision.
